Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Client Success Coach to work remotely, who will manage client onboarding, conduct coaching calls, and engage with students to ensure accountability and motivation during their learning journey.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily onboarding and check-in coaching calls to support and motivate students
- Engage with clients through messaging and weekly group coaching calls to address questions and monitor progress
- Innovate and produce new training materials and manage daily reporting across multiple communication channels
Required qualifications
- Fluent, accent-neutral English speaker with strong communication skills
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or sales, with a passion for helping others
- Familiarity with tools like Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, and GSuite, or a willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and adapting to changing priorities
- Commitment to long-term growth within the company (3+ years)
