Client Success Coach

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated full-time Client Success Coach to work remotely, who will manage onboarding and coaching calls, engage with clients daily to ensure accountability, and innovate educational materials to enhance the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily onboarding and check-in coaching calls with clients to motivate and inspire them
• Engage with clients through messaging and group coaching calls to support their progress and address questions
• Develop new training materials and processes to improve client fulfillment and ensure team KPIs are met

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or a similar role
• Strong background in organic marketing on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
• Sales experience with a focus on client engagement and retention
• Familiarity with tools such as Loom, Slack, GSuite, and CRMs, or a willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
