Job Summary

To drive operational excellence and client success, the full-time Lead Client Success Consultant in Data Analytics will develop and deliver client-focused solutions, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery while collaborating with internal teams in a highly client-facing role.

Key responsibilities
  • Propose solutions aligned to client needs, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies
  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
  • Lead client onboarding and adoption activities, ensuring effective use of managed services
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm or relevant private industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading data and analytics technology projects on platforms like Microsoft Fabric or Power BI
  • 3+ years of experience managing client relationships and engagement success
