Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Success Consultant will focus on training, support, and retention, ensuring clients maximize their M3 MI subscriptions by acting as a trusted advisor and product expert.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging client training sessions to drive product adoption and proficiency
- Build strong relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing support
- Respond to client requests and troubleshoot data, platform, and reporting questions
Required qualifications
- Experience in client service, account management, or a client-facing training role
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data and research products
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
