Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to manage client relationships and drive success through effective implementation and support of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding implementation, training, and ongoing support
- Conduct proactive business reviews and outreach to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client challenges and manage escalations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, implementation, support, or product management related to a SaaS product
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Experience in organizing, prioritizing, and managing a high workload
- Demonstrated analytical abilities
