Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to manage client relationships and drive success through effective implementation and support of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding implementation, training, and ongoing support
  • Conduct proactive business reviews and outreach to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client challenges and manage escalations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, implementation, support, or product management related to a SaaS product
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in organizing, prioritizing, and managing a high workload
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities
