Job Summary
Dedicated and proactive, the full-time Client Success Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with marketing services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, collaborating with the Account Management team to provide strategic guidance
- Coordinate client onboarding processes and facilitate effective communication of client needs to internal teams for successful project delivery
- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous team environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools
- Experience in the financial sector or with financial advisors is preferred
