Job Summary
Proactively managing a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Client Success Coordinator will ensure a seamless onboarding process, optimize client programs in Salesforce, and analyze campaign performance to drive strategic discussions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with clients through effective communication and performance reviews
- Set up and monitor client programs in Salesforce, troubleshooting issues as needed
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data management and reporting
