Job Summary
Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, delivery, and client teams, the full-time Client Success Coordinator will support the CEO and Director of Business Operations by maintaining documentation, scheduling interviews, and driving operational efficiency in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update tracking systems for consultant and hiring manager reconnaissance
- Manage and track candidate submissions through the interview process
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for client events and provide calendar support for the CEO and Director of Business Operations
Required Qualifications:
- Professional experience or internship in administrative support, recruiting coordination, or sales operations
- Experience documenting and organizing information in an ATS or CRM
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with calendar management and meeting scheduling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
