Job Summary

Seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Client Success Coordinator in a hybrid role, who will manage client relationships, facilitate onboarding, and support technical marketing execution while collaborating with the Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and gathering feedback
  • Coordinate and facilitate the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected efficiently
  • Build and troubleshoot marketing funnels and automated workflows within GoHighLevel and Hubspot
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing agency or client-facing digital environment
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel; familiarity with ClickUp and Hubspot is preferred
  • Strong understanding of full-stack digital marketing principles, including email marketing and social media
  • Experience in the financial sector or with financial advisors is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and productively in a remote, asynchronous team environment
