Job Summary
To support client success initiatives, the full-time Client Success Coordinator will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring proactive communication, relationship management, and strategic oversight while working in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated account manager for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up
- Lead client onboarding and success planning, coordinating with internal departments to develop tailored solutions
- Monitor client usage and feedback to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and resolve complex issues independently
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and communication tools
- Experience with account oversight and contributing to renewals or upsells
