Job Summary
To support client success initiatives, the full-time Client Success Coordinator will manage a portfolio of clients by ensuring effective communication, overseeing account performance, and collaborating with internal departments to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated account manager for assigned clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries to maintain strong relationships
- Lead client onboarding and success planning while tracking milestones and coordinating with specialized departments
- Monitor client feedback and service outcomes to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to overall client satisfaction metrics
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a customer-facing role, preferably in professional services
- Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and resolve complex issues
- Experience with account oversight, including tracking progress and coordinating services
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and communication tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
