Job Summary
To enhance client relationships and drive satisfaction, the full-time Client Success Coordinator will manage a portfolio of clients, oversee onboarding and success planning, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive optimal service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated account manager, ensuring consistent communication and proactive engagement with clients
- Lead client onboarding and success planning, coordinating with specialized departments to develop tailored solutions
- Monitor client usage and feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and improving service outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a customer-facing role, preferably in professional services
- Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and resolve complex issues
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and communication tools
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements
