Job Summary

Seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Client Success Coordinator to join a remote team, where the full-time role will manage onboarding, client engagement, and retention efforts for new VIP clients, ensuring they maximize their experience with the WarriorBabe products.

Key responsibilities
  • Support coach-client assignments during the welcome call cadence for new VIP clients
  • Field general inquiries about the program and onboarding requirements post-sale via email, phone, and text
  • Proactively identify clients who may benefit from additional WarriorBabe programs and facilitate connections to the appropriate team
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in client success
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for building strong customer relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools to streamline processes and track interactions
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities to handle various customer demands efficiently
  • Availability for evening hours and Saturday shifts, along with attendance at mandatory meetings
