Job Summary

Supporting major accounts, the full-time Client Success Coordinator will assist with campaign operations, post-sales support, and performance analysis in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with campaign operations by creating asset templates and collecting creative materials from advertisers
• Support communication and review processes with advertisers, ensuring clarity and adherence to timelines
• Help with campaign setup, quality assurance, reporting, and performance analysis

Required qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working remotely and independently
• Aptitude for project management and quick responsiveness
• Comfort with Google Workspace, AI tools, and new software
• Intermediate spreadsheet skills, with a drive to advance
