Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Director - Digital Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to determine strategic priorities and drive organizational changes
• Lead account strategy, manage client relationships, and oversee delivery and revenue tracking
• Identify new market opportunities and provide people management and coaching to team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy and team leadership within a top-tier management consultancy
• Expertise in end-to-end digital transformation and enterprise healthcare software engineering
• Strong presence with C-suite executives and experience in navigating enterprise governance
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and managing global talent pools
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
