Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Director in the Greater Philadelphia, PA Area (Managed Care).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a regional business development strategy to enhance client value and build new relationships
  • Manage business relationships within the assigned territory, including existing and new accounts
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and contribute to operational performance improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in consulting services to MCOs, Payers, and Health Systems
  • Knowledge of government-funded healthcare products/programs (e.g., Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid)
  • Expertise in the healthcare market and understanding of the sales process
  • Proven success in business development, account management, and client relationships
  • Ability to lead cross-organizational projects and work in a fast-paced environment
