Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success & Delivery Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational bridge between Sales and Recruiting, ensuring seamless coordination across the client acquisition and delivery lifecycle
• Establish standardized workflows across Sales, Recruiting, and Client Delivery while driving continuous operational improvement
• Provide operational oversight for high-touch accounts and support enhancement of a white-glove client delivery model

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience within a consulting or workforce solutions organization
• Experience working across sales, recruiting, and delivery operations
• Strong operational leadership and process optimization experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
