Client Success Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development Team in the RFI/RFP process and facilitate client onboarding
• Establish and document client-specific processes and ensure client satisfaction through periodic check-ins
• Proactively manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an IRB or clinical research setting
• Comprehensive operational knowledge of client services and regulatory impact on customer experience
• Ability to influence others and align teams towards resolving customer concerns
• Bachelor's degree in basic life sciences or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in client program development or project management preferred
