Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Director to lead strategic client accounts and manage overall client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and establish governance structures
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal teams to develop account strategies
- Monitor account health, ensure timely issue resolution, and support client education on products and services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex client accounts
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in clinical data or endpoint collection services
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on client satisfaction and value realization
- Proven ability to work independently in a matrixed, global environment
