Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Success Director will manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary post-sale contact to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth through strategic guidance and value-driven engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients, ensuring successful engagement and retention
- Manage client accounts to achieve positive business outcomes, including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
- Identify renewal risks and growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and product utilization
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience in post-sale client management with high-touch enterprise accounts
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Technical acumen to connect client business goals with product capabilities
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customers
- Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word
