Job Summary
To ensure the success of the entire Perioperative and PCC client portfolio, the full-time remote Client Success Director will leverage expertise in provider-side strategy and operations, leading a team to drive client outcomes and manage performance metrics while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Success Partners, fostering a culture of accountability and strategic thinking
- Manage team performance against key metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client health scores
- Own the strategic health of the PCC client portfolio, developing account-level strategies to maximize client outcomes and ROI
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Consulting, or Client Success within an enterprise healthcare SaaS or technology company
- 3+ years of experience managing a client-facing or consulting team with a proven track record of improving team performance
- Deep domain knowledge of healthcare operations, particularly in Perioperative Services or Patient Flow/Care Coordination
- Expertise in navigating complex health system structures and decision-making processes
- Demonstrated experience in competitive selling or positioning against EMR vendors and articulating the value of SaaS solutions
