Job Summary

As the primary commercial owner for the Microsoft client account, the full-time Director, Client Success will drive net-new revenue growth and strategic expansion by identifying untapped opportunities and developing customized solutions across Microsoft's AI and machine learning teams, operating remotely within the US or from select office locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively map the Microsoft organization to identify new business units and buyer targets for account expansion
  • Serve as the single-threaded commercial owner of the Microsoft account, focusing on retention and new workstream growth
  • Develop deep expertise in TELUS Digital's data solutions and lead the design of custom proposals for new and existing buyers
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience, preferably within large technology companies
  • Experience selling to or within Microsoft, with familiarity in their organizational structure and buying processes
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Collection, Annotation, and/or Validation services or adjacent AI/ML data services
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and enterprise sales methodologies
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, engaging effectively at the Director and VP level
