Job Summary
Leading a team of Client Success Managers, the full-time Client Success Director will manage client relationships, oversee team development, and drive operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Client Success Managers while allocating resources effectively across client portfolios
- Manage client engagement and relationship health, utilizing predictive tools to identify at-risk clients and ensure service alignment with client objectives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate and improve client relationship strategies, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and service expansion
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success Management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing customer success teams of 6-10 members
- Proficient in Office 365 and customer success tools, with strong data analysis capabilities
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and strategic business skills
