Job Summary

Leading a team of Client Success Managers, the full-time Client Success Director will manage client relationships, oversee team development, and drive operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Client Success Managers while allocating resources effectively across client portfolios
  • Manage client engagement and relationship health, utilizing predictive tools to identify at-risk clients and ensure service alignment with client objectives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate and improve client relationship strategies, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and service expansion
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success Management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing customer success teams of 6-10 members
  • Proficient in Office 365 and customer success tools, with strong data analysis capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and strategic business skills
