Job Summary

As the Client Success Director for Amazon, this full-time remote role will manage a critical client partnership, focusing on retention, expansion, and the delivery of AI and machine learning solutions while building relationships with key stakeholders across Amazon's various business units.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a key client success leader, responsible for retention, expansion, and growth across Amazon's AI and ML business units
  • Develop deep expertise in TELUS Digital's data offerings and guide Amazon stakeholders in designing scalable data programs
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and account health reporting while managing long-cycle renewals and negotiations with multiple Amazon stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of enterprise account management or strategic sales experience, preferably with Amazon or large technology companies
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Collection, Annotation, or Validation services related to AI/ML
  • Deep familiarity with data workflows and quality frameworks across various data modalities
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for engaging with senior-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and enterprise account management methodologies
