Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Client Success who will lead the customer success team, manage key enterprise accounts, and drive product utilization and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer success team and optimize people, processes, and strategies in a customer-first manner
- Manage key enterprise accounts at both the executive and operational levels
- Drive product utilization and expansion through onboarding, training, and hands-on support
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and developing enterprise client partnerships for major brands
- Consistent overachievement in product adoption and quota attainment
- Established and nurtured strong client relationships with executives and within large customer organizations
- Ability to deliver results by focusing on retention and driving pipeline growth for SaaS-based contracts
- Experience managing, consulting, and negotiating with Enterprise customers
