Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Client Success Engineer will manage client-specific configurations, apply prompt engineering best practices, and resolve client issues by diagnosing problems through conversation logs and code analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update client-specific prompt configurations to ensure accurate AI agent performance
- Apply prompt engineering best practices to tune agent behavior and validate outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to triage and resolve client-reported issues effectively
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience in TypeScript and SQL, with familiarity in MongoDB
- Experience with LLM-based systems and understanding of context's impact on AI behavior
- Strong debugging skills with the ability to trace code paths and diagnose issues
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client configurations simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teammates
