Client Success Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Client Success Engineer will manage client-specific configurations, apply prompt engineering best practices, and resolve client issues by diagnosing problems through conversation logs and code analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update client-specific prompt configurations to ensure accurate AI agent performance
• Apply prompt engineering best practices to tune agent behavior and validate outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to triage and resolve client-reported issues effectively

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in TypeScript and SQL, with familiarity in MongoDB
• Experience with LLM-based systems and understanding of context's impact on AI behavior
• Strong debugging skills with the ability to trace code paths and diagnose issues
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client configurations simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teammates
