Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Executive who will manage and grow key client relationships in a self-funded employer context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for self-funded RBP employer clients, ensuring client satisfaction and relationship growth
  • Lead the renewal process, preparing data-driven presentations and strategies to retain clients
  • Oversee the administration of health plan solutions, coordinating with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 10 years of Client Success experience in employer-sponsored benefits
  • 5 years of health plan experience, including self-funded accounts (TPA's)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point, Word)
