Key Responsibilities

• Lead client presentations and coordinate regular meetings to maintain strong relationships

• Oversee client proposals, renewals, and implementations while ensuring compliance and satisfaction

Required Qualifications and Education

• 5+ years of experience in managing internal and external relationships in healthcare
• Experience in healthcare plans or health insurance
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exemplary customer service
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is a plus
