Job Summary
Owning and growing strategic employer relationships, the full-time Client Success Executive will serve as the primary contact for national accounts, driving client satisfaction and retention while managing complex health plan operations in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact for a portfolio of large, national self-funded employer clients, ensuring overall health and growth of each relationship
- Lead the end-to-end renewal strategy for national accounts, delivering executive-level presentations that demonstrate plan performance and validate savings
- Orchestrate a seamless service experience by coordinating across internal teams and addressing high-stakes client issues proactively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
- 10 years of health plan or employee benefits experience, particularly with large, self-funded employer accounts
- 7 years in a client success or account management role, managing national or enterprise-level accounts
- Proven track record of retaining and growing complex, high-revenue employer relationships
- Deep knowledge of self-funded health plan administration, including TPA operations and claims management
