Job Summary
Supporting client satisfaction and retention, the full-time Client Success Executive I will manage client accounts, analyze revenue cycle data, and collaborate with senior executives in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts, prioritizing needs and deliverables with increasing autonomy
- Analyze revenue cycle and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate client meetings and collaborate cross-functionally to align internal teams with client goals
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or healthcare-related role
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information and communicate insights effectively
- Willingness and ability to learn healthcare revenue cycle concepts and analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools
