Job Summary
Supporting client satisfaction and retention in a fully remote capacity, the Client Success Executive I will manage client accounts, analyze revenue cycle data, and collaborate with senior executives to enhance client engagement and performance outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts, prioritizing client needs and deliverables
- Analyze revenue cycle and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Participate in client meetings and onboarding activities, ensuring effective communication and follow-through
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or healthcare-related role
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information and communicate insights effectively
- Willingness to learn healthcare revenue cycle concepts and analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools
