Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert on financial and payroll capabilities of the software
• Educate customers on new functionalities and develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
• Resolve issues and provide solutions related to financial and payroll areas for customers and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of college education and significant work experience
• Experience in the home health and hospice industry
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Demonstrated leadership and ownership abilities
