Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Client Success Lead to manage client relationships and drive client success strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support revenue growth and retention
• Act as a client advocate, ensuring quality service delivery and identifying expansion opportunities
• Guide and support a team of account managers in client retention and project oversight

Required Qualifications

• Experience in client services roles with a successful track record in managing business relationships
• Background in team leadership or mentoring
• Experience in the IT or technology services industry
• Client services background with a consultative approach and business development skills
• Good level of English
