  • Guide and support a team of account managers in client retention and project oversight
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in client services roles with a successful track record in managing business relationships
  • Background in team leadership or mentoring
  • Experience in the IT or technology services industry
  • Client services background with a consultative approach and business development skills
  • Good level of English
