Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Lead who will lead and develop a team of Client Success Managers to enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Success Managers, focusing on performance management and career development
  • Drive consistency in client engagement, onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies while monitoring client health metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related client-facing roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams
  • Experience in a SaaS environment strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams
