Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of merchant accounts, the full-time Client Success Lead will drive revenue and GMV expansion while serving as the primary post-sale contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage long-term strategic business relationships with merchant partners across various industries
- Oversee contract renewals, pricing updates, and expansion initiatives
- Analyze merchant performance to recommend programs that enhance product adoption and optimize financing solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience, preferably in a high-tech environment
- Experience negotiating and closing commercial contracts, including RFPs and renewals
- Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical skills to assess merchant performance and program impact
- Familiarity with consumer finance offerings and e-commerce preferred
