Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of merchant accounts, the full-time Client Success Lead will drive revenue and GMV expansion while serving as the primary post-sale contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage long-term strategic business relationships with merchant partners across various industries
  • Oversee contract renewals, pricing updates, and expansion initiatives
  • Analyze merchant performance to recommend programs that enhance product adoption and optimize financing solutions
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience, preferably in a high-tech environment
  • Experience negotiating and closing commercial contracts, including RFPs and renewals
  • Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical skills to assess merchant performance and program impact
  • Familiarity with consumer finance offerings and e-commerce preferred
