Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of retainer clients, the full-time Client Success Lead will proactively manage strategic relationships, drive account growth, and lead a multidisciplinary team in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of retainer clients, serving as their primary strategic contact
- Lead roadmapping, prioritization, and performance reviews while managing one direct report
- Drive upsells and account expansion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, or SEO/AEO
- Proven track record of growing client accounts
- Technical credibility in web platforms and digital strategy
- Strong understanding of SEO and AEO
- Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
