Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of retainer clients, the full-time Client Success Lead will proactively manage strategic relationships, drive account growth, and lead a multidisciplinary team in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of retainer clients, serving as their primary strategic contact
  • Lead roadmapping, prioritization, and performance reviews while managing one direct report
  • Drive upsells and account expansion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, or SEO/AEO
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts
  • Technical credibility in web platforms and digital strategy
  • Strong understanding of SEO and AEO
  • Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
