Client Success Lead, Wrestling

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Lead, Wrestling.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure success for wrestling software partnerships, including setup of season management and seed system creation
• Coordinate postseason advancement and manage invoicing for weight management and postseason events
• Serve as the primary contact for partners, resolving software support issues and overseeing product documentation

Required Qualifications

• High level knowledge of wrestling
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in account management or client communication
• Self-starter with excellent planning and organization skills
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and adapt to change
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is a bonus
