Job Summary
Leading the design and execution of scalable learning programs, the full-time remote Client Success Learning Manager will enhance user proficiency and drive feature adoption for small law firms through live learning sessions and automated outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital client lifetime journey touchpoints using Gainsight, ensuring timely and relevant customer outreach
- Plan and execute live learning programs, translating complex product workflows into engaging user experiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and maintain learning materials, ensuring content is current with product updates and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, client success, training, or related roles
- Proven experience designing and delivering live, instructor-led learning for software users
- Strong facilitation skills with confidence presenting to groups in virtual environments
- Excellent program management skills, including planning and execution
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex product information
