Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Liaison to manage relationships with healthcare practices and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare facilities, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients and develop processes for improved customer experience
- Monitor client well-being and engage continuously to recommend solutions for operational gaps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a healthcare-related field
- 5+ years of experience in a healthcare-related field
- Experience working with PHI/PII and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems preferred
- Strong project management and data analysis skills
