Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Liaison to manage relationships with healthcare practices and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare facilities, addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients and develop processes for improved customer experience
  • Monitor client well-being and engage continuously to recommend solutions for operational gaps
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a healthcare-related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare-related field
  • Experience working with PHI/PII and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems preferred
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills
