Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Earn the opportunity to work with potential clients by building genuine relationships and recommending the services that best meet their needs
  • Manage relationships with clients and provide them with the support they need, including answering questions, developing tools, and designing processes
  • Build and grow the company's community by increasing interaction and involvement, both online and offline
  • Ensure a positive client and guest experience by overseeing the overall experience they have with the company
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a customer support role or customer support management role
  • At least 1+ year of remote work experience
  • Experience with remote work tools such as Slack, video conferencing, and Google for Work
  • Ability to communicate effectively in American English verbally and in written format
  • Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal oversight
