Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver product utilization presentations to align customer usage outcomes with goals
  • Work with Sales teams to identify Upsell/Cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide ongoing leadership and support to generate high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • BS, BA degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, Account Management
  • Experience with SaaS based company is preferred
