Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify at-risk clients and implement retention strategies
• Proactively address client needs, upsell additional services, and ensure total compliance
• Maintain client satisfaction, communicate project scope, and act as the primary client contact

Required Qualifications:

• High school degree or GED
• 5+ years of client-facing experience in a similar role
• Strong background in achieving job performance metrics
• Prior responsibility to teach or demonstrate software and/or drive adoption
• Proven track record of working quickly while maintaining work integrity
