Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices, as well as customer-support content
  • Collaborate with team members on upcoming client meetings and boost customer referrals

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in communications, account management, or customer success
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of home service businesses and project management tools preferred
  • Experience in client success for small to medium-sized businesses preferred
