Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage research and intelligence projects to achieve internal and external goals
Lead the management of projects and client teams in executing research and intelligence services
Ensure successful project and engagement management through collaboration and strategic ownership

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
5-7+ years of relevant experience in research and information industry
MLS or MLIS preferred, but not required
Experience in legal law library highly preferred
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database creation required
