Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for post-sales activities, including onboarding, product training, and renewal requests
  • Deliver best practices and guidance to customers, manage customer needs for loyalty and retention, and identify opportunities for upsell
  • Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally, maintain communication with customers, and coordinate billing and contract changes

Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience developing customer relationships in a B2B or client-facing role
  • Passion for technology and e-learning
  • Experience with Hubspot or equivalent CRM systems highly preferred
  • High technical aptitude to learn customer use cases for products
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, and/or education a plus
