Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues effectively

Required Qualifications:

5+ years in client-facing roles such as CSM or Account Manager
Demonstrated proficiency in meeting key performance metrics and service level agreements
Strong digital literacy, including CRM systems and video conferencing
Proven ability to teach and drive software adoption and functionality
