Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues effectively

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years in client-facing roles such as CSM or Account Manager
  • Demonstrated proficiency in meeting key performance metrics and service level agreements
  • Strong digital literacy, including CRM systems and video conferencing
  • Proven ability to teach and drive software adoption and functionality
