Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Success to lead a team focused on enhancing campaign quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Client Success members
• Oversee the delivery of digital advertising campaigns and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client and campaign success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in account management, digital media, or client success within pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare marketing
• 2+ years of formal people management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical advertising compliance and MLR review processes
• Experience with ad technology platforms such as MediaSpectrum, Google Ad Manager, or Salesforce
