Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to enhance client relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and deepen relationships with key accounts while identifying growth opportunities
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new accounts and proactively address potential issues
  • Collaborate with sales to drive growth within high potential accounts and resolve any barriers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as client success, account management, or sales
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus
  • Proven track record of solving complex customer issues
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other relevant tools is highly desirable
