Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and deepen relationships with key accounts, identifying growth opportunities
  • Ensure seamless customer experiences by educating and training new accounts and proactively addressing potential issues
  • Collaborate with sales to develop strategies for growth within high potential accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer/client success, account management, or sales
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus
  • Proven track record of solving complex customer-facing problems
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant tools is highly desirable
