Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with key accounts, identifying growth opportunities
- Ensure seamless customer experiences by educating and training new accounts and proactively addressing potential issues
- Collaborate with sales to develop strategies for growth within high potential accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer/client success, account management, or sales
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
- Proven track record of solving complex customer-facing problems
- Knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant tools is highly desirable
