Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Client Success to lead a team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts directly, ensuring satisfaction and addressing issues
- Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders to meet their needs
- Coach and mentor Client Success Managers to enhance their skills and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in account management, project management, or operational support
- Previous experience working directly with clients is strongly preferred
- Experience in a SaaS and wellness or healthcare environment is ideal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce; Gainsight experience preferred
