Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Success to lead a team in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts directly, ensuring satisfaction and addressing issues
  • Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders to meet their needs
  • Coach and mentor Client Success Managers to enhance their skills and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, project management, or operational support
  • Previous experience working directly with clients is strongly preferred
  • Experience in a SaaS and wellness or healthcare environment is ideal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce; Gainsight experience preferred
